Yes. The Deep Dive is our starting point for every care plan. It includes an in-depth consultation, private lab draw, and personalized treatment planning. This ensures your care is truly tailored to your unique needs and goals.

No. Medications are not included—but all plans offer access to deeply discounted compounded prescriptions and support for using insurance for eligible therapies (like estrogen or progesterone).

We don’t bill insurance for our care plans, but many patients use insurance for third-party labs (i.e Quest, Labcorp) and prescriptions when possible. We’re happy to provide documentation for HSA/FSA reimbursement.

You’re welcome to join any plan—even if you're already on a therapy prescribed by another provider. We’ll review your current plan, fill in any gaps, and support your ongoing progress.

Our care plans are a 12-month commitment to support long-term, sustainable results. Due to the high level of clinical access and personalization, we do not offer refunds or prorated cancellations.
However, we understand that life happens—so in the event of a major life event (e.g. surgery, relocation, family emergency), we may offer a one-time plan pause. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure continuity of care while honoring your unique situation.
