August Challenge: The Consistency Challenge

It’s easy to start something new—but the real magic happens when you stick with it.

This month at Balanced Vitality Center, we’re challenging our community to show up every day with one goal in mind: consistency.

Whether you’re focusing on movement, hydration, better sleep, nutrition, or simply taking time for yourself—this challenge is all about building habits that last.

The Rules

  • Pick ONE daily habit to commit to for the month of August. It could be:

    • 20-minute walk

    • Strength training

    • 100 oz of water

    • No alcohol

    • Journaling or meditation

    • Protein goal

    • Following a running program like Couch to 5K

  • Download and print your BVC Wellness Tracker

  • You must be registered for the Lady Track Shack 5K (even if you plan to walk it!).

  • Track your daily habit and post it to Instagram stories or feed each day using the tracker.

  • Follow and Tag @balancedvitalitycenter and use the hashtag #BVCConsistencyChallenge

The Prize

All participants who complete the challenge and share their daily tracker will be entered to win a FREE IV Hydration session in our private IV suite—perfect for recovery, energy, and immune support!

Why Consistency?

Because it’s not about being perfect—it’s about showing up. One day at a time. When you prove to yourself that you can commit, even on hard days, everything else starts to shift—your mindset, your habits, your results.
